Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase, however we appreciate that sometimes you may want to return one of our gowns. In the event that you need to return a dress to us you must email us to let us know you will be returning your dress and the reason that you are returning it. 

All dresses are tagged.

In shop purchases - On successful completion of purchase, dresses will be thoroughly checked over by a shop attendant with customers present to ensure there is no damage before leaving the store. This is due to our no cash refund policy. However if you change your mind within 28 days we can offer an exchange or credit note only. Deposits are non refundable..

Online Purchases - If your dress doesn't fit, tags have not removed and there is no evidence the dress has been worn we are happy to provide full refund.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you obtain proof of postage to ensure safe receipt.

All items are inspected on there return. We reserve the right not to refund any items found to have been worn, washed, damaged, or soiled ( from makeup etc )

We will email you on receipt  of the dress at our shop within 14 days and provide a credit note.
